Maim-That-Tune is a 'viral' web campaign I created partly for fun and partly as a service to mankind (but mostly for fun). We've all had it happen: you heard an annoyingly catchy tune and now it's stuck in your head. Try as you might you just can't get it out. Maim-That-Tune attempts to cure you by playing other tunes to counteract the one in your head.

Sure, the graphics are clunky and the music is midi, but it only took a day to create and in winter 2004, it was linked to by boing-boing, memepool, flabber, i-am-bored, and other similar sites, causing web stats to increase by 70,400 page visits in one day. Not a bad return of investment.

This was a humorous spoof PSA which was featured on the Myspace homepage. It's about an old man torturing a plant.
